Biography
I am Galia and with my partner, Jess, we are a married couple, we are transformational coaches passionate about nature and sustainability. 3 months ago, we came back from a two years and a half trip in Mexico allowing us to navigate a pandemic and a post-pandemic world. We have a 10 years old chihuahua who is registered as an emotional support dog, used to travel and stay in different Airbnbs. She is really calm and gentle. We both individually had a deep spiritual awakening in 2017 that encouraged us to get out of our comfort zones and work on healing ourselves. When we met I was traveling in Australia and Jess was just coming back from 6 months of seclusion and deep meditation in the Northern Californian mountains. We then met across the world in Nepal and traveled together. In California, we worked in the mental health services prior to the pandemic. We had the opportunity to observe the downfalls of the health care system, which pushed us to start our own practice as life coaches. For years, we have been teaching beautiful women how to heal from generational trauma and expand their consciousness through unique tools and perspectives. We have a spiritual psychological approach to healing and we have done talks and workshops in California.  Traveling expanded us in so many beautiful ways and allowed us to learn about alternative ways of living. We were involved in different eco-villages and permaculture projects. We got to learn how to build a house with adobe, how to work with the soil and how to take care of different types of animals. We learnt to make organic and medicinal products. We got to meet with indigenous people and got a global perspective on how to continue to expand our work.

We would love to have the opportunity to experiment on lands and have lands nurture us. We would love to have a long-term land sit experience and getting to know some people who would be interested in this type of exchange. We are autonomous and like working with nature.

I have a 8.5-acre patch of land in the California foothills, 30 min from Jackson, about an hour from Lake Tahoe.

I had started to set it up as a permaculture paradise, but now suddenly must move to Florida due to family commitments. Leaving at the end of the month.
Im looking for someone, or a couple who are skilled in homesteading / land use, who would like to steward my land for a year at a time, treating it like their own. The rent would be Very Minimal – and to be discussed.
This is what is on it.
A 35 foot renovated, waterproof,  5th wheel with a working bathroom ( with septic ), shower, hot water, gas cooking, and small fridge.
Internet antenna that can get up to 16 MBS.
A 600-watt solar system that provides all the power you need.
A 550 Gallon water tank that gravity feeds the trailer, The Well is 60 Gallons a minute of pure cool water.
A petrol generator
A Shed with all the tools you need.
Water lines have been put into the trailer and garden.
Four large sloped paddock areas where food could be grown / animals could be raised.
I have a garden started with four large beds.
The Land is zoned agricultural. So no worries about permits for animals and such.
Great friendly neighbors.
Jackson and Plymouth CA are less than 30 min away so commuting to work is an option if needed.
Paul’s Land rules apply to this land. No Drugs.
Having been a boot, done a course, or earned any PEP badges would all be a plus.
Please reach out to me via Purple Moosage so we can get talking.

Late reply but really interested to help you out. We are a couple and can help long term : galiadevi1@gmail.com

I am on 50 acres of beautiful rolling hills in Mariposa County raising sheep and working on building food production systems.

The property does not have an actual “dwelling unit” but it does have a livable barn with basic amenities (high speed internet) and plenty of space for trailer hook ups.

I am open to holding space for an individual or couple to create their version of paradise upon agreement.

Let me know if this interest you.
