I have 15 acres in Georgia not far from Atlanta. The garden is very neglected but I've always dreamed of turning this land into a self sustaining food forest/farm. There is self contained apartment/garage that you could stay in for free while you help to build the place up. I could help try to market our produce to the many various farmers markets in the area.
I will finance whatever improvements that we agree are needed to make the project viable. Fencing, irrigation, soil amendments etc.
