What is it?
North Dakota State University Says: "North Dakota State University is offering a series of forums to help you care for your yard and garden.
Live presentations will be broadcast to gardeners across the state. Forums will be held on Thursday nights from March 26 to April 16, 2020. All forums run from 6:30 to 8:30 PM Central. Over 600 gardeners participated last year -- everyone is welcome! All forums are free."
