I had the privilege of taking a class with Cat Bordhi a few years ago at the Vashon Sheepdog Classic.  It was a lovely experience in letting the knitting do what it wants while making a braided river design.  Like this:


At one point she showed us a fabulous way to close that final stitch of your bind off when knitting in the round.  I have shared it here in her honor and hope you enjoy the disappearing end-of-round stitch as you finish that thumb, wrist, or ankle.
