This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEA curriculum. Completing this BB is part of getting the sand badge in Natural Medicine.
For this BB, you will acquire (probably purchase) fresh or dried alfalfa leaf or flower and make a hot or cold infusion/tea.
Minimum requirements:
- Start with an identifiable sample of alfalfa leaf or flower
- Herb must be somewhat broken up to ensure proper exposure to the water
- Make an infusion in water
- Make at least a cup
Provide proof of the following as pictures or video (<2 mins):
- Identifiable image of the herb
- Herb infused into a cup or more of water
