This is a project thread to discuss the 'Dry Stack Moon Gate' project!Dry stacked rock retaining walls are affordable and easy to produce plus, you can do some pretty cool things like make a dry stack moon gate. Rock lasts a lot longer than wood, meaning that if stacked correctly, your dry stack project could last a very, very long time. For the 2023 PTJ, what about correctly stacking rock to have a wall with a 2-foot round hole?
