Looking for people to buy land with in Poland

I would like to start an intentional community in Poland and would like to find 2-3 people who would like to share the costs of buying a homestead I recently found. 18 600 euros (total) can buy 1 hectare of land which comes with a 50 m2 house with a 20 m2 extension, a utility building, a cellar and a small pond. There is access to electricity and a nearby well. The current buildings would need to be renovated, new buildings under 35 m2 can be built without permission in Poland.

As this is a good offer it might be gone soon, so I'm also looking for people who would be interested in buying something together in the future after getting to know each other a bit better It doesn't have to be Poland, though I would prefer a temeperate climate.

I am starting there right now and am looking for europeans to join. The area I am interested in is a 90 min drive by car from the capital city Akea (Sukhumi). (2-3h by bicycle) at the foot of the mountains.
Due to the contrast between the black sea and the alpine climate in the mountains, all climate zones in between are found there.
