There is a great on going thread on permies called The Miracle Tree - Moringa in the permaculture section. It's true, moringa is most definitely a miracle tree because there are so many uses, and every single part of the tree is medicinal.

I wrote a post about how to purify your water of bacteria and solid contaminants with moringa seeds on my blog: Moringa - Water Purification

I would love your feedback!

Very cool plant indeed. How small do they stay as a house plant?

When you say house plant, do you mean indoors? If so, they can stay as small as you want them with a little bit of maintenance. Moringa can withstand lots of pruning, and that is how people use the moringa as a leaf crop; by pruning back the new growth when it has 3 new main branches. (I believe they cut back the 3 new main branches, but I will look into it just to confirm it. So if you are reading this, take that with a grain of salt until you see the update. )
