Wife and I have 5 acres [been here 3 yrs] organic permaculture restoration ag working very hard in an area totally resistant to change in any form//the fella we hired to cut our swales thought we wee destroying the land//everything is so beautiful though and we are succeding nicely;15 fruit trees should start producing next year [already got pomegranates and jujubees] grape vines started;small grow tunnel for winter crops; a few chickens; couple calfś;tiny house and old motor home to fix up for maybe you;nice shop trailer 1600 sq ft water catchment cover to fill 18,000 gal cistern 1 kw solar with wind back up; wipower internet;decent cell service;farmers mkt 25 miles away only 22 to mexico.
I hd a mild stroke early April and wife works to help continue project//so we could use assistance a few hours a day in return for food [organic] and the rest//must spend time on video etc to make sure we can get along
