I saw some videos a few years ago posted by a company who makes cabins with off grid utilities already installed. I think they were about $40,000 total.
Even the washing machine used rainwater. Or maybe it got water from an AWG. I can’t quite remember.
There are no coding limitations on building in my state in most counties, so I’m not concerned with that.
