Iam currently looking for an investment opportunity so that I maximise the utilisation of land that I have.The 200ha comprises of a dam, 4 streams that run through out the year , about 5ha of gum tress and a cabin house.The area is mainly dominated by potato farmers who produce seed for the country as well as table potato for consumption. Some of the farmers who do potatoes also do flowers and fruits for export.The area has very low temperatures its in the mountain as well as high rainfalls btwn nov to April.Iam lacking capital for inputs for the 200ha right now I can only afford 5ha.if interested please email
