So my main floor is over a foot of cement thick with iron reinforcement. My question is can send the exhaust though the floor and out and unused basement window? Or will this have adverse reactions on the flow?

Most basement's are not good places for a RMH, the airflow is trying to enter the house into the basement and often the stove will run backwards. Have any pictures?
