Still going to die someday. I read an interesting article a while back about doctors, who can afford most anything in health care - it seems they tend to go pretty minimal and definitely not for being taken care of when they are in a long term coma.

What you do day by day has much more to do with how long you are going to live, than what health care you have. Look into blue zones sometimes, the one we have in Costa Rica is way from the hospitals and very little health care. Just a lot of fresh air, clean water, and working on a farm.
