Are there any people gardening near Tallahassee Florida or Valdosta Georgia?  I am in a rural region near here looking for people who have similar interest.  Fruit trees, bamboo, native plants...

Jacksonville area there is EatYourYardJax (youtube channel).  I think I remember another on Justin Rhodes farm tour.

I'm over farther west in Chipley.  Just bought land 4 months ago and getting started.

Pete Kanaris is farther south, but that list is certainly part of his interests (good youtube channel too.)

I used to live and work in the Tallahassee area for a premier landscape construction company. I knew of an organic farm there named “Orchard Pond”. I got the vibe that they were probably permaculture inspired. Though, as we all know, practice can change a little bit after a business grows. It might be worth reaching out to them. Take a look at what they have going on....or maybe they could give you a lead on individual gardeners in the area. Good luck in finding everything you seek .

If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses - Henry Ford. Tiny ad:
