Food as Medicine - food IS medicine! Not only is food our building block but also can REbuild and can FIX broken blocks that we or our environments have caused!

Many on this site would agree with you. You have probably seen the conversations about living soil producing nutrient-dense, superior quality food.

I hope to hear more people in the coming years realising the truth of that statement.
