I am currently wanting to build a portable bunny colony for meat and fertilizer, but I cannot find breeding stock anywhere!

Anyone local have any for sale?

Anyone have any resources I could use to try and find sellers?

I have tried craigslist, letgo, google. I have contacted the extension service, and I have even spoken with the owners of the local meat packaging plants.

I have spoken with friends who used to raise them, but their connections are no longer in the business.

Please, help!

Also, I am planning to build artificial burrows out of a half a 55 gallon drum. I read about some a university in PA made that worked for wild rabbits, so I assume they will be good for domestic stock.
