Available land in Southern Oregon for permie classes/worksops

I have forest land outside of Ashland that I am looking to create a learning center/community on. Looking for participants to help create this dream. Bring your skills, interests, Love, kindness, and willingness to do the work. Property is off-grid with some infrastructure but in need of development.

At this point, all inquiries are welcome. Particularly those with specific interests/skills in permaculture design and implementation, natural building, forestry, community development, energy generation, water systems, homesteadimg  skills, wildcrafting, primitive skills, etc,etc,etc.
