Greetings ~
It is with great honor that our Rancho Solimar team is embarking on the preliminary stage of site evaluation for our 450 acre sustainable farm/living community project located seven miles north of the artist village, Todos Santos, in the lower Baja Penninsula.

The Rancho Solimar vision embraces a holistic approach to land development with the principles of permaculture guiding the conscious design of community space and agriculturally productive systems. We are building a participatory community and educational platform where scientists, engineers, technicians, workers and artists live and work to sustain an organic farm village community.

With the exception of fifty acres, which have been cleared and farmed in the past, this property is pristine virgin desert with 500 meters of Pacific beachfront and virtually no development on either side for miles. The land has a gradual slope toward the ocean and hills that lend themselves to majestic 360 degree views...

We look forward to exploring the potential in sharing this Baja learning opportunity with qualified and interested folks. We are dedicated to mindfully working with the existing eco-systems to protect the rich beauty and diversity that only the Baja climate can sustain.

Sustainably Yours,
Laurel Hubert

Hello,

I am currently doing work north of in the Los Planes/ La Ventana area. We are a 50 hectare demonstration site for the surrounding community. We are just getting started this season. We recently had our land surveyed by a company out of la paz called BajaGeo. They did a good job and were easy to work with. I am currently in san diego but will be returning to baja in october. I'd love to check out what you have going on there!
