i ran across this product which claims to be a water-based acrylic emulsion soil sealer/solidifer with no toxic elements to it and three times stronger than asphalt which repels water and lasts for 5-10 years without need for reapplication of the sealer/solidified

in other words it converts natural soil to pavement stronger than asphalt

has anyone used it or have any opinions about it?
