New Development, Forested land, 1h from Edmonton 45m from Spruce Grove, mail 5minutes away gas/groceries 15minutes. Pristine forest with mushrooms berries and lumber galore, ponds and paths for walking. Need help developing and maintaining. Electric Septic and Well on site. 2-3 sites ready now, prices extremely reasonable, maybe even free. Bulldozer on site, plan is for everyone to get 1 fenced acre, with private and communal pastures if desired.

Hi there, we are a married couple living in St.Albert and your post caught our attention.  We have been looking for a safe and healthier environment to settle in.  My husband has a farming and construction background and we would like to establish a more sustainable lifestyle. We are used to living in nature.  We like your development idea and hope we have the opportunity to meet or talk on the phone with you. We look  forward to hearing  from you in the near future!

Hello we are a family of 6, we currently own a mobile home and have been looking for land to set up some sort of sustainable farming, very interested in permaculture as well as geo thermal greenhouse as option to extend growing season. Excited to meet others who are interested in this type of living and community, even if not for your exact intentional community but to connect in general with others who have similar interests.
