Plum curculio on my peaches

What can be done about these buggers ? We have them and my freind who has 60 acre peach and apple orchard has them too. We never spray and this is the first year they have not. The web sites promoting insecticide say there is no organic control methods. I'll bet permies.com knows more than the average bear.
