Looking for places to visit in Mexico! Recommendations?

Hello! We are a family of 3 planning a roadtrip to explore central and south pacific coast of Mexico this summer. Any recommendations on eco villages, permaculture projects, etc that we should check out?
We are hoping to relocate this year, and are open to buying land within a community to build and contribute. We have lots of experience with natural building, sustainable forestry, permaculture, organic farming, etc.
If you have any ideas on where we should visit, let us know!!!
