We have 3/ ,five acre plots have been working on one for a few years..getting ready to fence the next one which is alongside the present one//the third is less than a quarter mile distant..This is had land to work but really beautiful just at foot of mountains in SE Arizona. We are an older couple and have limited ability on the work front although we have done all the work here building tiny earthbag house water catchments etc fencing and crossfencing//so a long way from disabled...We would like to find like minded permies that are seeking a place in a semi-arid climate, and have the ability/income etc to develop the piece 1000 ft away..For the right folks we can work off the cost of  the land/but that would have to be talked out. There is a goods farmers mkt on weekends where produce etc can be sold//the climate is pretty nice//if as predicted the monsoon returns this year, we will get a lot done..Hydromulching native grasses prepareing  gardens etc. plus we will have our first fruit this year..
Please do not hesitate to ask questions//we are fussy, but seriously seek help....Finances can be worked out as long as you are not a burden.

THANKS FOR READING

Hi there, I'm Jeff, I just moved to Apache Junction from the Blue Ridge mountains of NC, where I've been forest gardening for the past decade, in and out of community. I'd love to connect and visit your place sometime.

M'amm I'm a 37yr. Old man goes by the name River, I have a female travel partner, we've been meandering together for awhile now setting up camps all over, then leaving them to permanent residence once the wind called either of our names.. We have decided to put it in park and make ourselves a permanent camp somewhere.. Would you and yours be interested in talking?.. Work hard for just a spot of our own... Your land, if needed be, we could help tend to as well.. Hard workers m'amm who are no strangers to the rain or getting it out the mud.. Just done with the roles of society and the attached agencies, we just want peace, surrounded by like- minded energies, away, left alone...please respond if your looking for the loyal, dedicated, determined lot...we are here m'amm....

I'm a woman in the upper-age bracket who would like to find a harmonious cooperative living situation. Yes: organic gardening, vegetarian, vaccinated; No: vaping, smoking, drugs, dogs. I'd need wifi for my tutoring work.
