Greetings! I wanna find out where I can purchase a Russet buffaloberry since they're very hard to find so far. I'm planning to grow some for not only my wildlife garden, but also use berries to make Ice cream like the tribes did years ago. The russet is very rare in my Chicago area and throughout Illinois, and gone from Indiana. I wanna bring it back to my Calumet region where it use to range. I'd to like find out more about the edible use of buffaloberry from you all if you have any more historic info at all. Love always!
