A while ago I visited a friend's farm, to record a podcast with him. Esteban is a consultant and international spokesperson for the biodynamic movement. He has also implemented some pretty awesome
sustainability solutions on his farm!
One of which I'll attach a
video of - a biogas digester system that powers his entire kitchen, and he cooked me a delicious breakfast using totally homemade
energy.
