Just over 10 acres of land for sale in Northern Spain

Hi there my name is Pablo and I’m selling just over 10 acres of land next to the village Allariz, Ourense province in the Galician region, northern Spain. Allariz is a beautiful and touristic traditional small town, just 20min walk away, with plenty of outlets and restaurants.

The land is a mix of pasture, native young forest, dehesa, 1 acre of quercus rubra plantation, plenty of chestnuts, oaks, birch, willow, hazels. The area is very beautiful, and although is very close to town, it feels ‘isolated’, very quiet.

There are 2 basic barns and another big one, like a house (65m2) in 2 levels plus mezzanine, with a new roof on. There is a 114m deep bore so plenty of water. The land is by the Arnoia river, over 10m wide with great swimming spots.

There is no electricity and the road access is by a dirt track that would need a 4x4 most of the time.
