Hey there, Permies!

In episode #003, we joined Justin Dolan at the St Michael's Permaculture Country Club in Central Pacific Costa Rica. Justin shares his passion for seed propagation, medicinal plants, and using bio-ferments for healthy soil as well as animal care. We explore topics such as healthy competition, the value of studying with a mentor, and using plants for natural home cooling.

Justin also shared with us his Bokashi Composting Recipe and allowed us to film his working station where he makes it! Check out the youtube video here:

Sharing Insights is excited to be able to share Justin's full composting recipe in a downloadable PDF. There is a download link below!

Justin has a wealth of knowledge and the conversation ended up continuing into a second episode. To hear the full podcast and find out more information, check out our website: Podcast #003 Justin Dolan: Bio-diviersity, Bokashi & Community

And stay tuned! We'll be releasing more tips & tricks on Permies regularly!
