Permaculture means different things to different folks so thought would put here to see if any interest.  I am selling a large Brick home 3,500 square feet, full basement, boiler system, garages,  and spacious urban, suburban type lot with older Gazebo.  It is large enough for a great pantry, root cellar, art studio, and screened front porch. It is bright, lots windows but will need some work. Even has two separate entrances if wanted to run business. It is a 1.5 hr commute to NWI, a couple to Chicago . The commute straight  shot, low traffic  road until into city areas. Small safe, rural town, low taxes, nearby farming areas. A campground a couple towns away  as well. If someone does buy at agreed price I would throw in a 300.00 plant auction, certificate or credit at an Amish auction that is located in nearby state a couple hours from home that is usually in May ( for plants, trees etc or Amish nursery ) and 200.00 Amish bulk for starting your pantry stocking or 500 at auction if your choice. Many plants include cantaloupe, herbs, trees, tomatoes etc or if you wanted to save the 500 to end of year auctions held in fall for produce to can , dehydrate and do for winter. You would be responsible for going and bidding unless we arranged otherwise. This house is perfect for homesteading .

It is 4 bedrooms 1.5 baths, .33 of acre., screened porch length of house,  3,500 sq feet, full basement

Long story short bought to live in and garden etc but instead ex lived in , and we got divorce. I live in different state but in charge of selling. Asking 160,000 but negotiable. Now selling.  If you have large family, want quiet town, nice safe home and commute this is for you. Otherwise it is about 45 minutes to Lafayette as well.
