I am in zone 9a and to date from 11-01-21 to 3-18-22 we have had 500+ hours of temps between 45 & 32. This is plenty of chill for my trees but they are just sitting there. My other trees with higher chill requirements have bloomed, set fruit and leafed out.  I planted all these trees in 2020.  Any  suggestions  on what is wrong?

Could they have some frost damage from the cold?

Are you sure they are all the same age?

Are they all getting equal sun?

Do you feed and water them the same?
