We own a 142 acre property with full North Western Views of the Catskills. There is roughly 8-10 acres of farming area to design and implement a food forrest/garden. We have plans for building a home for the farmer(s) that fits what we need as well as provide a place to operate your business from. We would love to see at least 2 farmers (one for animals and one for plants) to work together to manage the property. All farm dwellings would be custom designed to fit the needs to fully feel comfortable on the land.
This is the last piece of land in the area that is completely untouched since the wool industry hit NY.
