If you live in or near the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) you may want to look to wine country to get unpasteurized honey if you don't have a source. I bought some from Rosewood Estates in Beamsville near Niagara.

The Bee Man in Whitby is a good source too, especially if you're buying quantity.
