◦ We have a well developed diversified operation that covers many aspects of organic farming
◦ Long list of annual crops specially selected over many years
◦ Season extension greens and other crops 52 weeks a year
◦ Pastured raised Mulefoot and Berkshire pig breeding programs
◦ We breed chickens and Turkeys and incubate them on the farm
◦ Farm is not bordered by any conventional farms
◦ Housing farm food high speed internet use of vehicle if you don’t have one
◦ Composts/ compost tea/cover crops/
◦ We love permaculture and are always planting something new

◦ Most interns go on to work for us. Almost half for the past 15 years have stayed for more than one season. Two current team members are starting season 3 with us this year
