Seeking someone who can temporarily replace my friend at her organic farm in British Columbia for the rest of the growing season. If you have sufficient experience, you could manage the whole farm,
or we could find 4-8 workers who wouldn't need any experience to get started.
It's the Salt & Harrow Farm in Tsawwassen, BC. 20 acres. Either position would begin as soon as possible and run until early November.
Details for manager position:
- likely 60 hrs/week
- $20/hr (possibility of a slight increase)
- managing 2+ employees
Farm worker position:
- no experience necessary, just a willingness to learn and work hard
- 40-60 hrs/week
- $16/hr
