Hi everybody!! New here ! I'm 53 (feel 33) 6'1" and in pretty good shape . I do have a day job taking care of a large horse farm property on contract 3 or 4 days a week.  Then here at my property,  which was an old high school property.  There are 3 buildings,  a Well, and very fertile soil. Warm climate great for long growing seasons.
Love to go to the lake , which is only 15min away , after a day in the garden or working on projects.  I like to  mix it up a bit.
I tend to be a sensual romantic type with a touch of eroticism in the mix lol ! I'm  fun and funny . Always smiling and usually joking around in a playful manner.

I just turned 50 this year, funny how an age can sometimes make a difference! I find myself visualizing the second half of my life with a new found sense of clarity.
My dream has always been the same, to make a piece of land as self sustainable as possible, creating an oasis of abundance for all critters that pass thru, a community filled with music, dance, nature, food, helping hands, working minds, self sustaining, closed loop systems, alternative building styles.
