Looking for a Gardener

I am in charge of a garden ministry, where we will be using permaculture techniques. I am looking for someone who has some experience in permaculture for a part-time position that includes housing. We will pay for the education necessary for certification in permaculture. I hope some of the members of the permie community might know some young adults who would like a year long (or longer) adventure in Topeka, KS.
