Hello everyone,

We, two guys in our twenties, have set up a forest garden project in Asturias (northern spain). After a strict selection of places in europe based on a lot of criteria, this place had a check in every box, and we have bought the property january this year. On all fronts the project has been a succes in our eyes, with the forest garden part planted and the rest ordered at Martin Crawford for planting in february, and we finished a construction in the garden that can be rented out, etc. You can read all about it on our site www.theflowasturias.com (and see lots of gorgeous pictures of the place and asturias... its a beautiful place to live).

Despite all this, we have both reached a point where we would prefer to continue our own development in different areas and in different locations. For this reason we are looking to sell.

The problem we have is finding a place on the internet where people looking for such a project might look. We can and probably will offer the house on regular sites as well, but think its value as a permaculture/forest garden project would be hard to advertise and lost on most of the people that are interested.

We have looked a lot, but found nothing useful, so we hope to draw on the combined knowledge of this community for tips on where we can present our project.

Hope someone can help us along,

Michael & Tim

Hello Michael & Tim,

I'm new here and just found your posting.

Your lodge ist just beautiful.

We are planning to start our own eco-project similar to yours (https://www.facebook.com/ShambalaProject or soon: www.shambala-land.com)
so your offer is very interesting for us.

What would be your price & conditions ?

Do you have more informations ?

Thanks a lot

Bye

Ray

Not sure if you are still looking to sell this. I live in madrid and often see things like this listed in some of the magazines found in eco-restaurants and bookstores such as Verdemente. Maybe worth a shot with some of these.
