I found out about an online weather radar map for Oregon, Washington, Southern British Columbia and Western Idaho and Western Montana which has proven over the last several days to be extremely accurate and helpful as I try to time my gardening with the rain here in Portland, Oregon.

It is vastly more useful than any that I had seen before.

I'm looking at some property in a rain shadow, so that map should help me maximize what we do get.
