Hello Fellow Permaculturalists,

My name is Chrys Ostrander. I have been developing a linkage between the Pine Meadow Farm Center in Cheney, WA and a producer of biological farm management products that is based less than half a mile down the road from us called Tainio Technolgy and Technique, Inc.
Tainio Inc. Website

Each year Tainio hosts a conference in Spokane on biological agriculture. Last year they brought in Jeffry Smith, one of the most well-known anti-GMO authors in the world. This year, Teena Tainio, the head of the company, is interested in having someone present at their conference on applying Permaculture on small and mid-sized farms. If you think you might be qualified and have a desire to be a presenter for their 2013 Bio-Ag conference in February in Spokane, please give Teena Tainio a call or email her. She said if the presenter requires a fee, they are willing to pay.

Unfortunately, time is really short. They need to have their program ready for print by November 6th in order to get it done in time to take to the ACRES USA conference in December, so please respond promptly if you are interested.

The theme for their conference in February is: For the Love of Soil: An up close look at biological farming, from the ground up. Their Keynote speaker is Dr. Jill Clapperton, who will talk about soil ecology, soil biology, till vs. no till, cover cropping, and more.
