I'm interested in getting some land in South west BC. Either on Vancouver island or on the mainland's coast. Land is pricey, but I have found some decent acreages for around 3,000$ an acre. But they are too large for any one person to purchase. I was wondering if anyone is interested in pooling their resources. Be nice to be amongst like minded neighbours.
The zoning in remote sites, allows for accommodations to be built for any number of farm workers.
