Seeking partner/s for small permaculture project

I am seeking one or two partners who would be interested in sharing a small permaculture project in Northern Colorado. I have a 3-bedroom house in a 1-acre property with some fruit trees just north of Fort Collins. I am interested in setting up some kind of a sustainable smallholding with an organic vegetable garden and some animals. I currently have three Nigerian dwarf goats, about 20 chickens, and a small garden, but cannot dedicate 100% of my time to the project and need help bringing it to its full potential.
I am looking for an interested partner or two who have the skills and the desire to develop an independent, alimentary self-sufficient life style. What I have in mind is a set up that would allow us to share the work, expenses, and benefits, or, at the very least, exchange work for board. I need people with the ability to dedicate considerable (not necessarily full) time to the project, and of course, kindred spirits. If interested, please contact me at mvelaz@coloradostate.edu.
Would anybody like some fudge? I made it an hour ago. And it goes well with a tiny ad ...
