A very thorough blog detailing the build process and special features of an earthship in upstate NY. They used cooling tubes and may have some good information for folks in the "other" thread (Cooling Tubes) if you contact them.

Yes, the earthship was completed enough for the couple to move into late 2012. I've seen two new updates since then to their blog.
