I live in hawaii and have been putting together a plan for my property. I want a series or network of small natural pools that filter my water..provide fish...eats misquitos...and doesnt require a liner....i want to use clay to line it...let me know your thoughts...we in a drought right now in my area 11 inches of rain last year. But water is free at the well.

I think it would be helpful to know:

1. The source of the water (A well?)
2. Uses planned for water (just fish?)
3. What you need to filter out of the water. (Silt? bugs? post use graywater? )
