HI to all,

I am very new to the permaculture forum, but have read many books about permaculture, including Sepp's book and "Gaia's Garden", edition 1. Edition 2 should be delivered any day. I have registered for the Duluth forum, thinking it would be an exciting way to follow Sepp around for a few days. I also have a permacultural certificate for a goal. However, my bachelor's degree is not in anything remotely related to biology, botany, agriculture, engineering, or any of the other fields the permaculturalists seem to have. After reading Paul Wheaton's comment that this will be "advanced permaculture", how realistic is this workshop going to be for novices? I have started two small hugelbeds and just gave an informative talk to my Master Gardeners' group about the process. Thanks for taking the time to read and respond to this question. I am beyond sure that you will be fine. Especially if you can check out Sepp's book and Gaia's garden beforehand. I will be at the duluth one as well! It will be an amazing time for sure. We will learn so much.
