Pheasants,Partridge & quail though 4H tips on raising them

The Kids are in 4H and every year in the spring they will give you Pheasants and Partridge and quail to raise then release, I was thinking of trying this out this year any tips, feed and housing general care questions, can I keep them all together?
How long Till they mature?
ANy Info would be great. Thanks
