Fourfold Path to Healing Seminar
An Opportunity to Explore the Holistic Path to Health

Washington, DC--January 23, 2013--Southern California residents will have a rare opportunity to explore the holistic principles of Fourfold Healing at a weekend conference on the Queen Mary in Long Beach, February 8 through February 10. Described in the trend-setting book The Fourfold Path to Healing, the fourfold path combines beneficial and nontoxic medicines, a nourishing diet, healing movement and therapeutic meditation.
The conference will feature all three authors of the Fourfold Path to Healing book. Integrative physician Dr. Tom Cowan will discuss ways to treat common ailments at home, describe alternative therapies for chronic illnesses such as cancer and diabetes, and lead conference participants through a fascinating exploration of the mystery of the heart. Internationally acclaimed speaker and educator Sally Fallon, author of the best-selling cookbook Nourishing Traditions, will teach participants to distinguish between food facts and fictions and help them to plan practical, nutritious and delicious meals. Movement educator Jaimen McMillan will show participants how to improve their emotional health with his Spacial Dynamics approach to movement and exercise.
The conference will be held on the beautiful Queen Mary, 1126 Queens Highway, Long Beach, California. The event begins with an opening session and reception on Friday evening (February , and continues all day Saturday and Sunday (February 9-10).
