White spot on Broccoli & watermelon

Hey everyone, I was curious if anyone knew what was going on with these plants? I'm new to gardening...these are in raised beds. The same bed. And I used pre-mixed/organic topsoil for this bed.

Also, if anyone is familiar with Artwork broccoli, I feel I'm having many issues, and I really didn't know if the white spots had anything to do with this or not? The pic of the broccoli center, has been like that for a couple weeks atleast.

I'm sorry if I messed up on the forum category
