Could cardboard bales be used in place of strawbales  in buildings?

(Edit)
It has been pointed out over in the gardening forum that these bales of cardboard are  considerably bigger and much heavier than strawbales.  I am not sure they could be used in the same way as a straw bale in building.

Could they instead be used more like small Tire bales?
(Edit)

There is a post in the gardening forae about using a cardboard bale instead of a strawbale. The OP can get them for free.

How different would things like insulative value be?
