This was my first attempt at building a hugelkultur bed.  It's not very tall, as it was dug too deep.  But look at those potatoes and spinach.  Haven't watered the potatoes since I planted them.  Feeling proud!

Congrats! Looks good to me, good job! Who defines those parameters? Mother Nature! I'm sure she also approves and provides a good amount of leeway. Don't try to be so precise or beat yourself up over it. You might be surprised.
I'm a prime example of it. If you only knew.
