Want to rent New Mexico place to live

Hi,
I'm moving to New Mexico (from England but from NJ originally) soon and thought I'd see if anyone happens to know of a tiny house or other such simple (but with great internet) living situation within an hour's distance of Santa Fe....Abiquiu area would be nice, or even an urban permie setting in Albuquerque.  Have to work full time, so would pay rent, but would like to in my spare time learn permaculturish things relevant to that climate.
