I bought this lot sight unseen and would love to unload it as I have already found something....The lot has all utilities but is in an HOA....You can't have animals at it but you can have a cabin and permaculture galore...The lot has all utilities to it and is located in Kansas OK at Flint Ridge Resort....I am behind in my HOA payts by $1000.00 and I will deed it over to you but you'll have to pay the back payments....The property taxes are about $12.00 a year and current....Payts are $60.00 a mth....I think it would be beautiful for the right type of person who likes the midwest and culture in the area....Email me if interested at
